Dr. Belal Bin Asaf

Dr. Belal Bin Asaf is a Thoracic, Thoracoscopic & Robotic Surgeon and Director of the Institute of Chest Surgery, Chest Onco-Surgery & Lung Transplantation at Medanta Superspecialty Hospital, Noida, and Medanta - The Medicity, Gurugram. He trained as a Clinical Registrar in General Thoracic Surgery at AIIMS, New Delhi, and completed a fellowship in Thoracic Surgery at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, South Korea. He was the first surgeon in India to perform Robotic Subxiphoid Thymectomy for thymoma patients.
